Andrew Millhouse


Inquisitive, energetic and strategic

Andrew is driven by a commitment to make a positive impact. He is passionate about using his problem-solving and stakeholder management skills to develop innovative and lasting solutions.

Working across the justice, human services, local government and youth sectors, Andrew is experienced in project management, process analysis, organisational design, community engagement and facilitation.

All Andrew’s work is underpinned by a strong social justice ethos, particularly his involvement in not for profit advocacy, fundraising strategies and governance.

Andrew is experienced in bringing strategy and operations together through his work in non-profit organisations and different levels of government. Key examples include:

  • Providing strategic advice and planning for a review of a high profile reforms within the Victorian Department of Justice
  • Leading strategic planning and program design for a prominent Council with a particular focus on youth services strategy and evaluating operations
  • Founding a social enterprise and non-profit association, leading its expansion to other jurisdictions
  • Leading projects for not for profits organisations with a focus on human rights and social justice outcomes for young people.

Life away from Cube

Andrew enjoys music and sport, especially Australian Football League, Cricket and Futsal.

Andrew is also passionate about social entrepreneurship and assisting start-ups and non-profit organisations. In 2012, Andrew founded a social enterprise, focused on reducing anxiety and depression among young people through education and training to schools, councils and other groups engaging with youth.
