Bridget is an organisational development consultant with extensive experience in designing and delivering strategic change, performance improvement and leadership development programs in complex and challenging environments.

With local and international experience in a range of industries, Bridget has accrued a deep knowledge of organisational dynamics and cultural change.

Bridget’s warm and engaging personality is complemented by her ability to work collaboratively and to build strong, productive relationships with efficiency. She is known for working tirelessly to connect diverse stakeholder interests and to quickly identify key issues and drivers.

Bridget enjoys supporting and developing women leaders, and contributing to the creation of an inclusive society, where diversity and difference is welcomed and celebrated.
