With a expertise in policy development, project management and strategy, Christina’s career has focused on making a difference for our community.

Christina has supported organisational change through the planning and delivery of major projects and complex policy reviews in the justice and public safety sectors. Together with her strong policy skills, Christina has a proven track record in establishing program and project management frameworks.

Christina is passionate about organisational change management, communication and innovative engagement methods. With her creative mindset and personable nature, she is enthusiastic about collaboration and working with a diverse range of stakeholders to create public value.

Experience  |   Highlights

Christina brings a wealth of experience across the justice, health and public safety sectors, and her work has involved:

  • Building collaborative engagement methods to support the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal’s Customer Service Process Review
  • Designing protocol to guide how public information should be communicated during an emergency for the Department of Health and Human Services
  • Supporting large scale organisational reform at Victoria Police providing program and project management to support the ‘Equality is not the same’ agenda
  • Establishing a project management framework and toolkit for the Supreme Court of Victoria in line with the Department of Justice and Regulation’s Project Management Excellence Framework.

Life away from Cube

A singer and songwriter in a number of local acts, including Women of Soul and Spinning Rooms, Christina is passionate about live music.

Christina also admits to being a ‘foodie’ – her pasta machine is her most prized possession!

When she is not cooking or singing, Christina also loves cuddling her Staffy dog, Ivy.
