Freya is passionate about social inclusion and the efficient use of resources to best support the community. She is an economist with extensive experience in government as a policy adviser.

Specialising in policy development and review, Freya’s career spans both senior business roles within industry associations and corporates, as well as roles in the Commonwealth and Victorian Government.

Freya provides a strong understanding of the challenges faced by both government and business. She uses economic frameworks and her deep comprehension of governance and business strategy to provide solutions for lasting change.

This is coupled with extensive experience in key areas such as infrastructure, transport and planning, taxation, international trade, the National Disability Insurance Scheme and environmental policy.
