Joanna is an experienced management consultant with a passion for protecting our natural environment and building an inclusive and equitable society. Joanna is accomplished at delivering strategic outcomes in the health, transport, business, finance and land management sectors, with strong expertise in project management, governance, policy development and engagement.

Using her insights as a researcher, Joanna is committed to policy and decision making which is evidence based and considers the measurement of the public value outcomes. With strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Joanna thrives in the context of collaborative local, regional and state government initiatives.

Joanna is a leader with a warm and engaging style, who particularly enjoys working as part of a large team implementing transformative change and policy reforms.

Years ago, prior to joining Cube, Joanna managed a luxury chalet in the French Alps! Today Joanna spends most of her free time chasing after her two young sons.

  • Led program management and strategic planning in senior roles within the Department of Health and Human Services
  • Led strategy and engagement with industry groups at the Rail Industry Body in the United Kingdom
  • Provided strategic advice on sustainability initiatives in not for profit and private sectors, and Victorian and Commonwealth departments
  • Conducted business analysis for a review of shared information technology services in the Victorian Departments of Premier and Cabinet and Treasury and Finance.
