Laura is excited about public value. She brings intelligence, warmth and passion to every project and uses her expertise to help clients build a society that offers equal opportunity to all.

Laura is an experienced public value specialist with extensive skills in policy development and implementation, evaluations and reviews, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. She believes that partnerships are the key to achieving genuine social impact. Laura has a proven track record of working with senior leaders to establish productive cross-agency partnerships that can better resolve complex challenges.

Laura is passionate about practical, evidence-based reform. She works with clients to understand what is and isn’t working, and identifies how to improve implementation and increase the positive impact for people and communities.

She uses her in-depth understanding of public value organisations to quickly identify their desired outcomes, before developing practical, tailored solutions that engage stakeholders at every level.

Experience |  Highlights

  • Leading the evaluation of three Community Support Groups focused on increasing social cohesion and creating a sense of belonging for young people in marginalised communities
  • Delivering the Circular Economy Policy engagement program, reaching over 500 people in person in a two week period
  • Creating the LOOKOUT Early Years Evaluation Framework and operating model for the statewide rollout of the program
  • Developing the Statewide Framework for Catchment Partnership Agreements to ensure the continued success of the Catchment Partnerships
  • Leading the process evaluation of the early implementation of the Family Violence Multi-agency Risk Assessment and Risk Management (MARAM) Framework.
