Madeleine brings a unique perspective of both the public and private sectors to her work with valuable experience in government, financial services and small business.

She has held key roles in government with a particular focus on regulation and public health, with broader experience spanning transport and infrastructure, health and ageing, technology and multicultural services.  The critical components of her work include strategy, policy development, stakeholder management and communications.

Madeleine pays attention to detail, and can tailor messages for a range of audiences and mediums. With an ability to quickly analyse issues, Madeleine also has a valued capacity to collaborate and deliver practical solutions.

Her skills are also supported by good insight into commercial and operational issues, including business case development, process improvement and change management.

In her life away from Cube, Madeleine loves spending time with her big family, and travelling with friends. Madeleine also enjoys running, rowing and netball.

  • Developed policy and programs to respond to problem gambling and related social, economic and health issues impacting Victorians
  • Provided strategic advice to Ministers and Senior Executives on policy and regulatory impacts within the Justice portfolios
  • Delivered a large scale change management and communication program for a transformation project in the corporate sector which impacted staff, customers and stakeholders across Australia
  • Led strategic advice to Senior Policy Managers and Engineers regarding community consultation and engagement strategies for major road and infrastructure projects
  • Led the delivery of communication campaigns focused on community resilience, consumer protection and behavioural change
  • Key contributor to the development of Ambulance Victoria’s 2017-2021 Strategic Plan including broad executive, workforce and stakeholder engagement.
