Vicky Kyris


Enthusiastic, passionate and down to earth

Vicky loves to spend her days challenging the status quo, solving problems and leaving things in a better place than where she found them. She is adept at transforming strategic goals and objectives into tangible deliverables and real outcomes.

Vicky joined Cube Group after 14 years in the public service bringing a passion and a strong public value ethos to all the projects she undertakes. Vicky has extensive skills and experience in project and program management, business case development, organisational change, research, procurement and commercial advice.

She also has an impressive ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.  Throughout Vicky’s career she has sought to identify new and innovative ways for public value organisations to deliver well-aligned services to the community.

Vicky enjoys travelling and seeing new places, especially visiting galleries. Vicky particularly loves sharing new experiences with her son Nicholas.  In her words – “It is like getting to relive all the fun things you did as a kid!”

Experience  |  Highlights

  • Led the review of lessons following rapid onset emergency events (including the Thunderstorm Asthma event in November 2016) and the development of a program of work to improve health and emergency management system-wide readiness to manage future health emergencies.
  • Provided strategic advice and led the delivery of reforms to project management practices at the Environment Protection Authority.
  • Project managed a review of emergency management monitoring processes undertaken by key agencies the emergency management sector.
  • Led development of full business case for Orygen & Orygen Youth Health ($100m+ infrastructure re-development).
  • Led the development of the Victorian Spontaneous Volunteering Outcomes Framework for Volunteering Victoria.
  • Led the General Duties Uniform Project for Victoria Police – represented first holistic change to the uniform in 30 years.
