With over 15 years of experience in consulting, public sector, and leadership roles, Kelly brings expertise across Cube Group’s service lines, including strategy, policy, transformation, implementation, and evaluation and review. Her work has been influential in sectors such as early childhood, education, health, justice, and human services. 

As the leader of Cube Group’s Transformation and Implementation practice, Kelly is known for her ability to navigate complex reforms with clarity and purpose, always keeping the needs of communities at the heart of her work.  

Kelly combines consulting capabilities with deep public sector insights, having previously worked as an Advisor at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Director at a First Nations owned and led consulting firm.
