Drawn to Cube Group for our focus on public value outcomes, she’s passionate about creating equal opportunities in education, career advancement and remuneration. She embodies the very values which make our team distinct.

Jane’s perspective is underpinned by her extensive experience in people and culture, operations and communications gained across professional services, hospitality and insurance. In addition to driving positive outcomes for our clients, she uses her experience in strategy, culture and business transformation to drive our growth.  Her superpower is combining exceptional financial and commercial literacy with a passion for creating inclusive cultures.

But it doesn’t end there. Jane’s sense of spirit isn’t limited to the boardroom. On the weekend you’ll find her braving the ski slopes, smashing out aces on the tennis court, indulging in quality food and wine, or cheering on her beloved Dees at the MCG.
