Enthusiastic, passionate and down to earth, Vicky is our resident commercial and investment management expert.

Vicky’s commercial, political and bureaucratic acumen has helped many clients get their investments, procurements and projects over the line.

Vicky is known for being a straight-shooter who brings a strong public value ethos to all the projects she undertakes. When it comes to improving outcomes for the community, there isn’t much she wont roll her sleeves up for.

Born and bred on the west side of town, Vicky loves spending her evenings doing a loop around the Maribyrnong river or travelling and seeing new places with her family.

With over 20 years experience in the public and private sector, Vicky has a knack for transforming policy commitments and strategic goals into tangible deliverables and real outcomes.

Vicky’s recent work includes:

  • Leading the development of multiple social housing infrastructure business cases to improve social outcomes for those most in need.
  • Providing strategic advice on the transition of the Solar Homes Program into DELWP to enable government’s renewable energy policy.
  • Leading the analysis of deployment and operating models for the implementation of AVL suites at Victoria Police to improve the safety and wellbeing of the Victorian community, persons in police custody and police members.
  • Leading an analysis of the social and economic value of Crime Stoppers Australia to the Australian community.
  • Leading the review of lessons following rapid onset emergency events (including Thunderstorm Asthma) and the development of a program of work to improve health and emergency management system-wide readiness to manage future health emergencies.
