Chloe’s depth of experience and ability to shape and deliver all aspects of organisational transformation, be it strategy development, leadership, governance, culture, organisation design or customer experience, is a rare and highly sought after skill in today’s fast-changing world.

An ability to think strategically across multiple disciplines underlines Chloe’s success in leading organisations to reimagine their ways of working, to ensure they are purpose driven and deliver optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.

Away from work you will find Chloe engaging in her passion for wellbeing. She is an avid reader, practices yoga and meditation, and also loves to stay active through running and cycling.

With more than twelve years’ experience working with organisations in both the private and public sectors, Chloe has developed an expert skill set to help clients navigate complex transformations with tangible outcomes.

Chloe’s recent work includes:
  • Leading immediate-term strategic planning, design of a joint capability statement and drafting investment case components for a collaboration between Monash University, The University of Melbourne and The Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health.
  • Leading strategic planning for state-based emergency services provider, a large national member-based, not-for-profit organisation focused on growing skills capabilities and industry capacity, County Court of Victoria, Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, a state-based integrity agency and the Victorian School Building Authority.
  • Leading future-state organisational re-design for Department of Health, Victorian Legal Aid and Wage Inspectorate Victoria.
  • Leading strategic conversations on a fit-for-purpose, future-state operating model for the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.
  • Designing and facilitating a change leadership program to support leaders to manage a major workforce transition for Parks Victoria.
  • Director for the Lapsing Program Evaluation of the Victorian Women’s Health Promotion Program – Department of Health (2023).
  • Leading two evaluations of the Strengthening the Foundations First Rolling Action Plan 2019-2022 for Family Safety Victoria, covering Attraction and Recruitment and Enhanced Pathways.
  • Designing and facilitating a training program in change management as part of a broader cultural change program for Life Without Barriers.
  • Designing and facilitating debriefing workshops following an organisational change for Services Australia.
  • Leading workforce housing solution case studies and development of a bold, long-term vision for a regional area for Regional Development Victoria.
  • Capturing the value of family services for peak body and documenting the value of an emergency recovery response for a major not-for-profit.
