With more than ten years’ experience working with organisations in both the private and public sectors, Chloe has developed an expert skill set to help clients navigate complex transformations with tangible outcomes.


Chloe’s recent work includes:
  • Leading a program change team to co-develop and implement new IT systems and websites for Port Phillip Council, recruiting and training an engaged change network, and providing demonstrable measurement of impact, sentiment and sustainability.

  • Assisting National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) to deliver its Workplace Improvement Project, leading the development of its Leadership Capability Framework and managing the development and delivery of a tailored learning package to address identified capability gaps across NATA’s management.

  • Providing strategic change management guidance to Ambulance Victoria to uplift its analytics and help its leaders and paramedics to understand data and adapt work practices to improve patient service delivery.

  • Managing two high-profile NBN work streams that included development of internal leadership communications and external communications, as well as behavioural change initiatives to enable more effective and strategic management of important organisational and customer data.

  • Developing guidance materials for Family Safety Victoria (FSV) to embed the new Common Risk Assessment Framework into a variety of prescribed and universal services across Victoria, while additionally designing a strategy focused on sustained workforce development and training as part of the FSV Industry Plan.

  • Facilitating and managing performance HR improvement plans, career discussions, end-to-end restructures, and employee relations investigations.
