About Clare

As a Senior Associate at Cube, Clare brings a versatile skillset and strong research foundation to every project she leads. She draws on her expertise in disability services, aged care, and service transformation to co-design thoughtful and practical solutions. Clare’s approach is both analytical and creative – grounded in evidence, informed by best practice, and enriched by her skill in visual communication and data storytelling.

Clare has worked across health, social care, and community sectors, contributing to service reform, strategic evaluations, and operational improvement initiatives. She is particularly skilled in leading co-production processes, mixed-methods research, and developing practical frameworks that support system-wide change. Clare is known for navigating complexity with calm clarity, bringing people together to deliver evidence-based, community-informed outcomes.

Clare is passionate about working with and for communities to enable positive change. She believes public value is not just about doing good, it’s about using resources wisely to deliver equitable and lasting outcomes, especially in times of fiscal constraint. Her commitment to engagement ensures that services are shaped by those who use and deliver them.

Outside of work, Clare is most at home outdoors – hiking, cycling, camping, or kicking a soccer ball. A big reader and avid cook, she balances her love of nonfiction with a soft spot for musicals.
