About Hollie
Hollie brings global experience in strategy, program management, and public sector reform as a Senior Associate at Cube. Hollie combines analytical thinking with a deep understanding of how systems shape communities, and has worked across government and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and internationally, focusing on delivering outcomes that are practical, inclusive, and sustainable.
Throughout her career, Hollie has contributed to major public value initiatives, including supporting the development of new hospital planning models for the UK’s National Health Service, managing a national accreditation system for children’s social workers, and leading process improvements for global health partnerships.
Hollie was inspired by Cube’s exclusive commitment to for-purpose projects. She recognises the importance of the public value these initiatives create, ensuring government actions and policies genuinely serve society, especially by addressing the needs of marginalised communities. For Hollie, the most rewarding work happens when people come together with a shared purpose and open minds.
Outside of work, Hollie is a self-proclaimed baking enthusiast. She’s once owned a bakery and specialises in beautiful, themed cake designs. She balances her sweet tooth with regular military fitness classes that Melbourne has to offer. When she’s not baking, she’s likely planning her next trip… whether it be a new city to explore or lining up her next Grand Prix.

Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation: Conducted desktop research and engaged subject matter experts to analyse trends and funding gaps in the Global Health R&D pipeline, contributing to the design of an aggregator fund and its high-level operating model.

UK Department for Levelling Up, Housing, and Communities: Supported a UK Government Department in its response to a national inquiry by helping establish and deliver programme management functions for a £5.5bn remediation programme. Planned and facilitated a team away day with 30+ colleagues, working closely with senior leaders to assess the current operating model and develop a new Vision and Value Proposition.

UK Department for Education: Supported the running and delivery of a national assessment and accreditation system to assess the knowledge and skills of children’s social workers. Facilitated the delivery of 15+ in person assessment centres to support the rollout of regional accreditation.

UK National Health Service: Supported the development of strategic business case guidance and a models of care methodology, facilitating stakeholder workshops and integrating qualitative and quantitative analysis to support the planning and development of new hospitals across the UK.

GSK, Global Health Impact Partnership: Led a process optimisation project, mapping current workflows, streamlining responsibilities, and developing a future-state model with supporting tools and a playbook to enhance strategic focus and long-term sustainability.
