About Liz

Putting people at the centre of decision-making is a core value Liz shares with Cube. Highly skilled in talent acquisition and HR, she demonstrates extensive experience across recruitment, employee benefits, wellbeing, performance processes, and onboarding. Liz supports Cube Group by delivering key people and culture initiatives to support candidates, current Cubies, and business projects.

Liz’s passion for public value guides her professional journey. She brings 13 years of people and culture experience in the health sector, where she was involved in the development and implementation of a benefits suite. Liz is committed to improving workforce benefits and creating positive impact for the team she works with.

Outside of Cube, Liz is a busy mother to three young boys, a foodie, and a culinary enthusiast. She enjoys catching up with friends and going to the theatre, fairs, farmers markets, and exhibitions. Travelling the world again – especially to Italy – is another adventure waiting for her, once her children are older.

Experience | Highlights

Liz's recent work includes:
  • Involved in the planning and implementation of the people & culture benefits program for a leading fertility treatment clinic in Australia.

  • Developed and project managed five company-wide values, implementing practices to reinforce guiding principles across recruitment and other P&C initiatives. Implemented a reward and recognition program ‘Cudos’ to celebrate employee achievements and collaboration based on the five values.

  • Project managed large-scale state and territory board recruitment, including recruitment of over 140 positions Australia-wide in the health sector.

  • Created the inaugural AHPRA Health Week, which was subsequently adopted at a National level for all AHPRA offices across Australia.

  • Talent acquisition of highly specialised health roles. Coordinated end-to-end recruitment of a wide variety of positions, including high volume call centre and specialist roles of legal officers/solicitors, embryologists, genetic counsellors, sonographers, professional officers, pharmacists, psychologists, nurses/midwives, and investigation officers.
