About Lorenn
Lorenn is an internationally experienced strategist and trusted advisor specialising in AI ethics, responsible technology, and systems thinking. At Cube, she partners with clients to bring human values to the centre of technology design and development.
With a background spanning corporate strategy, design thinking, and applied research, Lorenn brings both analytical rigour and forward-looking ideas to complex challenges. Her work has included advancing Indigenous-led consulting models, shaping impact frameworks for international human rights initiatives, and supporting organisations in implementing responsible AI in practice.
Lorenn’s approach is deeply collaborative and future-focused, supporting leaders to navigate complexity, build learning organisations, and steward ethical decision-making. She is energised by opportunities to create social impact and empower organisations to drive positive change at the intersection of technology and humanity.
Currently, Lorenn is completing a PhD at the Australian National University’s School of Cybernetics, exploring and co-designing responsible AI practices, including centring dignity in AI development processes. Outside of her advisory work, she is also a keen hiker and an advocate for creating more accountability to young people in society.
