Lydia is a Senior Associate at Cube Group, bringing strong experience in research, insight development and clear communication with senior stakeholders. She is motivated by work that helps public institutions and organisations make better decisions for people, communities and the environment.
Lydia has a background in economics and has worked across projects exploring green products and services, emerging technology markets, responsible AI, higher education and workforce change. She enjoys taking complex information and turning it into clear, practical insights that support better outcomes.
Known for being warm, approachable and inclusive, Lydia brings a thoughtful and collaborative style to her work. She is skilled at designing research approaches, synthesising information from multiple sources, and shaping recommendations that are easy to understand and act on. Lydia was drawn to Cube by its focus on doing good, and the opportunity to use her skills and values in work that supports a fairer and more effective society.
Outside of work, Lydia is often running around her parents’ farm among the vineyards and cows, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, enjoying a beer at a local gig or the football, or planning her next overseas trip.

- Contributed to a data-led university course evaluation model for a major university, supporting decisions about whether courses should be grown, retired or evolved.
- Built a diagnostic tool to help companies assess the maturity of their responsible AI practices against the Australian Government’s voluntary AI guardrails.
- Developed a location assessment framework to evaluate potential sites against strategic parameters, supporting decision making for a new capability centre in Australia and New Zealand.
- Designed structured research approaches using surveys, interviews, case studies and analysis to answer complex questions and translate findings into clear reports.
- Prepared and delivered executive presentations, communicating clearly with senior stakeholders and building rapport.
- Contributed to a thought leadership report on the impact of AI on entry-level workers, exploring attitudes towards AI, career expectations, job prospects and likely role evolution.
- Developed an eco-essential innovation thought leadership report exploring demand for green products and services across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, including the challenge of managing green premiums.
