With experience in the Not-for-Profit and research sectors, Nikita brings a people-centred and results-focused approach to any engagement. Advocating for positive change is a big part of who Nikita is and her international experience makes cross-cultural competency fundamental to her work.  Nikita uses her empathic approach and fine-tuned communication skills to seamlessly navigate diverse a range of complex situations.

Nikita thrives in high pressure environments and enjoys steep learning curves so she fits right on in with our curious Cubies. Always looking for ways to drive improved outcomes and equal opportunity, Nikita was drawn to Cube for the ability to deliver measurable impact within the community.

Nikita’s love for learning continues beyond office hours, on weekends you’ll often find her with her head in a good book or exploring Melbourne’s local treasures.

Nikita’s recent work includes:
  • Co-authored an article on the misrepresentation of Asian-Australian women in leadership.

  • Coordinated the Asian-Australian Leadership Summit through engaging stakeholders and developing a communication and advocacy strategy.

  • Conducted market research on gender equality initiatives to identify need amongst industries that require a “gendered-data driven approach”.

  • Supported First Gens Accelerator programme finalists to acquire grants and funding.

  • Collaborated with 25 public and private organisations to determine socio-economic benefits of the project for each stakeholder involved.
