About Penny

Methodical, structured, and efficient, Penny is passionate about finding evidence-based solutions to entrenched social policy changes. Penny strongly believes that well-designed and implemented public services have the potential to transform Australia’s most disadvantaged and vulnerable groups and she is excited to contribute to that in our skilled, and purpose-driven team.

Penny has extensive experience in evaluation, which includes evaluations and reviews of social policy and programs, qualitative data collection and analysis, and stakeholder engagement, where she is able to put her report writing and logical reasoning abilities to good use in the analysis of complex issues.
