About Sarah

Sarah is driven by a strong commitment to public value and a belief that well-designed financial and operational systems enable organisations to perform at their best. As Finance & Commercial Systems Business Partner at Cube, she is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the firm’s financial operations and the systems that underpin commercial decision-making.

Working closely with leadership and consulting teams, Sarah ensures Cube’s financial and operational data is accurate, consistent, and actionable. She provides insight into business performance, resourcing, and emerging risks, supporting informed decision-making and contributing to effective, sustainable project delivery.

Sarah brings a background spanning business administration, systems transformation, and people operations, allowing her to bridge the gap between data, systems, and people. She is known for simplifying complexity, strengthening processes, and building strong relationships across teams. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors with her two young children, and following her sporting passions, especially AFL (as a St Kilda tragic) and Formula 1.
