With a background in behavioural sciences and design thinking, Sophia is passionate about translating complex ideas into accessible content. Her skills and experience span across market research, insights analysis, creative strategy, data visualisation, graphic design, UI design, and content development.
As Cube’s marketing coordinator, Sophia supports visual and written communications across the firm. Her work includes producing digital content for our website and LinkedIn page, contributing to the development of well-designed proposals and client deliverables, supporting internal communications, and helping to research, plan, and roll out internal and sponsored events. Her design-thinking approach prioritises simplicity, usability, and accessibility while addressing practical needs.
Outside of work, you can find Sophia keeping up with the latest news in art, fashion, design, and architecture. She is always experimenting with new creative activities ranging from Chinese calligraphy and dress making to ikebana and pottery.

- Currently leading the rebuild of the company website using a market-leading CMS, focusing on enhancing SEO performance and improving both UI and UX to create a more engaging and user-friendly digital experience.
- Coordinating digital content across Cube’s website and LinkedIn, including case studies, thought leadership, client testimonials, service line updates, and event updates.
- Contributing to proposals and client deliverables through graphic design (including layout, colour theory, and data visualisation) and communications (including proofreading, message refinement, and editing for clarity and tone) support.
- Revamping Cube’s PowerPoint template, considering (1) usability for consultants, (2) visual accessibility for clients, (3) feedback and iterative testing, (4) simplicity and versatility of master slides, and (5) brand alignment.
- Assisting with the adoption of new marketing technologies to enhance team effectiveness, including a marketing automation platform, diagrams library, document templates, and AI tools.
- Conducted market research at an agency to build brand strategy for a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to homelessness initiatives in Victoria.
- Revamped the business website for a counselling firm, enhancing user experience and visual appeal.
