About Stephanie
Stephanie is Cube’s People and Culture Manager, supporting the organisation to be a thoughtful, inclusive and genuinely great place to work. She leads Cube’s people practices across culture, engagement, recruitment, and performance, with a strong focus on creating an environment where people feel supported, connected, and able to do their best work.
Stephanie brings a background in people and culture roles across a range of sectors, including leading People & Culture initiatives through the COVID-19 pandemic. She is experienced in supporting teams through periods of complexity and change, and is known for her calm, practical approach when navigating sensitive or high-pressure situations. At Cube, Stephanie works closely with leaders and teams to strengthen culture, embed values, and ensure people systems are clear, fair, and human.
Her work is grounded in strong relationships and open communication. Stephanie is an approachable listener who takes time to understand individual perspectives and organisational dynamics, and she balances warmth and friendliness with professionalism and clarity. She enjoys incorporating fun and humour where she can, while still delivering thoughtful, structured people initiatives that lead to positive outcomes.
Stephanie is particularly passionate about public value and the role organisations play in creating positive social impact. She is motivated by using her skills to make people’s working lives easier and more fulfilling, and by contributing to organisations that care about the broader community and future generations.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a doting mum to two young children and loves soaking up the years while they’re little. She cherishes family time and is happiest with sand between her toes whenever she gets the chance.
