Cube Group has announced the appointment of Chloe Symes, who will join as a Director later this month. The appointment continues the firm’s trajectory as a growing purpose-driven consultancy servicing clients across Australia.
Ms Symes will join the firm from KPMG, where she has worked on a wide variety of complex transformation and culture design projects in both client-facing and internal roles.
Cube Group founder and managing partner Ben Schramm said Ms Symes’ appointment to the group’s Strategy, Policy and Change team would support clients to re-imagine their business models in a post-COVID word.
“I’m delighted to bring Chloe to Cube to help our clients re-imagine their organisations in a disrupted and fast-changing world”, he said.
“Chloe’s ability to shape and deliver all aspects of organisational transformation – leadership, governance, culture, organisation design and the customer experience – is a rare skill that is highly sought after by our clients.”
During her time at KPMG, Ms Symes worked across a range of people, learning, transformation and leadership projects in the health, human services and not-for-profit sectors, building a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by modern public purpose organisations.
“I have always loved working with clients that contribute to a better society and deliver meaningful outcomes to others. I’m looking forward to joining Cube Group to deepen my focus in this space alongside a group of purpose-driven and passionate individuals,” she said.
Ms Symes is a former HR professional, and a board member of Eastern Domestic Violence Service. Having lived experience with intimate partner violence and previously working with clients in the sector, Ms Symes said she was looking forward to combining these insights to enable systematic change to create a society free from family violence.
“I am excited to deepen my experience across all areas of government, and to make a difference in the family and domestic violence sector,” she said.
Ms Symes will commence her role with Cube Group on March 24.
