Supporting the National Health Practitioner Ombudsman to develop its strategic plan to provide accountable, fair, and responsive regulation of health practitioners in Australia.
Developing Visit Victoria’s strategic plan Going for Growth 2033, including facilitating extensive engagement with government and industry stakeholders.
Created the Major Events Acquisition Framework communication tool for Visit Victoria, a document that outlines their approach to securing major events through the Victorian Government’s Major Events Fund, enhancing stakeholder engagement and event investment strategies.
