About Hayley

With a pragmatic yet personable approach, Hayley is skilled at balancing detailed systems thinking with and accessible communication style and an energetic demeanour. Passionate about contributing to an equitable society, she leverages social science to better understand human behaviour, and the systems and processes that can be implemented to create positive change. 

Her keen eye for detail and big picture thinking makes Hayley an excellent addition to projects involving leadership, learning, and organisational design and performance. Her gregarious and inclusive nature puts others at ease, allowing her to build strong relationships quickly. 

Hayley is excited to be part of the Cube team, focusing on public value and improving society for everyone. She’s passionate about projects that lift up the most marginalised and disadvantaged people. 

An avid trail runner and cyclist, Hayley loves exploring new areas and looking for Australian wildlife. She’s a proud cat lady and enjoys spending time with her rescue cats, Lionel and Weasel. 

Experience  |  Highlights

Hayley's recent work includes:
  • Designed and built two 7-month-long leadership and learning experiences for a key Australian House of Brands. Experiences supported the current and future leadership skill needs of front-line and mid-level leaders.  

  • Supported a structural alignment by leading the data collection, analysis and presentation of faculty needs for a Go8 university. Co-created recommendations with senior leaders, including culture and leadership requirements for the future state.  

  • Initial implementation and continuous iteration of bi-yearly performance and salary reviews. This included collating required data, conducting market research for salary band adjustments, supporting new team members through their first process, and communicating all payroll changes.
