About Monique

As an Associate at Cube, Monique elevates our team with her experience in program evaluation and review, stakeholder consultation, and engagement with people with lived experience. Monique is interested in mental health, disability, education and early childhood. She is committed to contributing to a better future for all Australians.

Throughout her career, Monique has demonstrated a strong ability to manage and deliver complex projects. Notable achievements include delivering an evaluation of an Out of School Hours Care grants initiative, a review of programs to support the early childhood education workforce in regional areas and the stakeholder consultation process for development of a national vision for early childhood education and care. Passionate about public value, Monique is inspired by our mission to pursue work with organisations dedicated to meaningful impact. To quote Monique: Working hard is all the more worth it when it’s for the greater good. Her enthusiasm for supporting government and for-purpose organisations aligns perfectly with Cube’s purpose-driven ethos. She is dedicated to improving systems and interventions so all Australians in future generations have the opportunity to thrive.

Outside of work, Monique can be found volunteering as a surf lifesaver, swimming in the ocean, or camping in the high country. She balances her love for the outdoors with social gatherings, hosting dinner parties, and getting away with friends over the weekend to indulge in good cheese and wine.
