About Lisa

Lisa is an experienced executive leader and strategic systems thinker. Her strength is in bringing people with varied skills and experience to the table to tackle complicated challenges and co-design practical solutions. She empowers people so they can implement meaningful change and build capability for the future.

With a background in human factors psychology, workplace education, and technology, Lisa’s approach focusses on the interplay between people, systems, and their environments. She works collaboratively with clients to tailor solutions that enhance user experiences, drive innovation, and elevate productivity.

Lisa is energised by public value work that has a positive impact on individuals and communities and leaves the world better for future generations. She enjoys working with the Cube team to turn those aspirations into reality.

Outside of work, Lisa is an avid hiker and recently took a gap year to hike long-distance trails in Australia, America, England, and Spain.

  • Leading a diagnostic review of an ombudsman’s office.

  • Leading a procurement for an integrity agency.

  • Leading an organisational redesign for an emergency response agency.

  • Establishing and leading data insights and analytics functions for a Health Department.

  • Facilitating strategic workshops and leadership conversations at executive, manager and staff level.

  • Leading human factors projects for emergency management and research partners.
