About Nikki

Bright, engaging and intentional, Nikki is Cube Group’s Head of Operations and Marketing, bringing a unique blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and marketing expertise.

In this role, Nikki oversees the firm’s corporate services functions – spanning business operations, people and culture, and marketing – ensuring Cube runs smoothly and is built for what’s next. She plays a critical role in strengthening systems and processes, leading knowledge and document management improvements, and fostering a positive, connected employee experience.

Nikki is passionate about amplifying Cube’s impact in the public purpose sector. She leads our marketing and communications strategy, elevates our brand presence, and helps our people bring thought leadership and new offerings to market. Her work enables Cube to share its story, deepen client relationships, and grow its influence for good.

With extensive experience in senior marketing and leadership roles across sectors, Nikki combines creativity with operational rigour to deliver strategies that drive performance and engagement.

Outside of work, you can find Nikki planning her next holiday, playing with her dog Ted, or expertly recreating New York’s best chocolate chip cookies.

Experience  |  Highlights

Operations and Corporate Services
  • Leading Cube’s transition to a new document management system, including metadata mapping, process design, and change management to improve knowledge sharing and efficiency.

  • Developing a corporate services function map to clarify responsibilities, streamline workflows, and ensure a fit-for-purpose team structure.

  • Designing, co-facilitating, and following up quarterly all-team sessions to strengthen alignment, engagement, and collective accountability.

  • Contributing to the development of people and culture frameworks, including people development guidance, performance processes, and employee engagement activities.

  • Driving continuous improvement in internal processes and systems to enhance operational effectiveness across the firm.

Marketing and Communications
  • Developing and implementing internal templates and processes to streamline marketing and communications efforts and ensure brand consistency (including an AI use guide, event attendance feedback process, NPS survey, client testimonial request process, and comprehensive case study process).
  • Managing firm event involvement, ensuring sponsorships are brand-aligned and maximised through targeted content, meaningful networking, and post-event engagement.
  • Leading thought leadership efforts by mentoring and supporting employees to craft blog articles and LinkedIn posts that position their expertise in the public purpose sector.
  • Contributing to content and submissions for firm certifications (B Corp, Best Places to Work, Family Friendly Workplaces), ensuring messaging is consistent and aligned with Cube’s mission.
  • Leading adoption of new marketing technologies to enhance effectiveness, including marketing automation tools, diagram libraries, document templates, and automated workflows.
  • Overseeing internal communications strategies, aligning internal messaging with brand presence and fostering a strong organisational culture.
  • Leading a pro bono initiative offering free marketing support and event exposure for small businesses impacted by the 2020 bushfires and floods in NSW, Queensland, and Victoria.
